  • Deliver cohesive, easy-to-navigate digital experiences.
  • Improve accessibility and SEO across UCLA & DGSOM websites.
  • Validate customer-centric considerations through user research (Sitemap Tree Test and Navigation Concept Click Test).
  • Understand level of transformation needed to achieve vision.
  • Unite departments by establishing cross-functional team.
